Masterclasses in Psychic Development, Dance & Embodiment

Growing up Gypsy, dance, creativity and intuition were never separate. They always worked together to nourish what is human within so that we may move through time itself.

I’ve spent the last twenty years braiding what I was raised with into work I could share publicly: performing on the New York stage, serving as a medium at Lily Dale Assembly (the foremost center for Spiritualism in the world), earning a PhD in dance and embodiment from the University of Limerick, and writing for Routledge and others. For over a decade I have taught workshops for adults and children. My training in mediumship was recognized by the late Mavis Pittilla, who in 2015 prophesied I would be a great voice for Spirit.

Timedancing is the synthesis: a way to bring dance, psychic development, and embodied ancestral practice together as one coherent body of teaching.

Years ago, traveling through the Donegal mountains by the sea with my dear friend Amira after finishing my doctorate, I watched the sun rise over the rocky coast and saw how many people had been struggling to continue their spiritual work under news cycles that grew shorter in memory and more existential with every season. Timedancing came to me there, on that coast, as a way to gather the lessons I had been raised with as an American Gypsy and share them with people who needed a different kind of practice.

Most teaching about psychic development centers power: strengthen your will, project your intention, build your energy. Timedancing centers something different. The body opens time. Love generates conditions that hate cannot. Impact, not trauma, is the actual mechanism by which we become aware. Coherence is a symptom of this opening, not its cause.

What you’ll learn

Students of Timedancing learn:

  • How to open and steady the body as the instrument of perception

  • How to read what is hidden — the practice of knowing

  • How to develop reliable trance state in hours, not months

  • How to work with embodied ancestral knowledge

  • How to recognize and cultivate the wills that endure through time

  • How to apply Timedancing to dance, divination, mediumship, and daily practice

Who it is for

Timedancing is for serious students who have felt the limits of power-based spiritual frameworks and are ready for a different mechanism. It is for practitioners of dance, mediumship, divination, somatic work, and contemplative traditions who want to deepen and unify their practice under one coherent framework. It is for anyone whose lineage or instinct has prepared them to recognize what’s being offered.

It is not for the casually curious or the wellness-marketplace browser. Those readers are welcome to read freely at the fire; the cohort container asks more.

How to study

The primary container is the Timedancing Cohort: a small-group program meeting weekly for five to eight weeks. Students learn the methodology, develop their practice, and receive personal feedback. Cohort sizes are kept small. Pricing is intentionally accessible, with sliding-scale spots reserved each cycle.

Future offerings will include in-person retreats on the Mediterranean coast of Spain and longer apprenticeship for advanced students.

The founding cohort opens this autumn. Members of the waitlist receive priority enrollment, beta pricing, and the opportunity to shape the program as it forms.
